What kind of products do you offer?

At Promoplants, we offer a wide range of (personalised) flower, plant and bulb concepts, specially developed for companies in the gift, loyalty, promotional and e-commerce sectors.

Who do you supply to and for whom are the products intended?

Our sales and products are aimed at B2B partners, including companies operating in the gift, promotional, loyalty and e-commerce sectors.

Do you also offer fulfilment services?

Yes, we offer fulfilment services for B2B partners, meaning we can manage the storage, packaging and shipping of your orders so you can focus on other aspects of your business.

Are all your green gifts real live items?

Yes, we only work with live flowers, plants and bulbs that are grown with care.

Do you all personalise the flowers and plants in your home?

Yes, we are the address for personalised flowers and plants. We have many personalisation techniques in-house, which allows us to move quickly and actively think along with your wishes. We know best what is and what is not possible with our techniques. We are also constantly innovating in this field.

Aren't these personalisation techniques harmful to plants?

No, with our own developed techniques, we can personalise the flower or plant entirely to your liking without affecting its lifespan. So this is anything but harmful to the plant. In this way, it adds a unique look.

Is my logo, slogan or wish still visible on the plant or product after a while?

Yes, absolutely. As long as the plant is healthy and well maintained, the print will not disappear or fade from the plant and remains clearly visible. So your logo or slogan will be on display for a long time. Of course, this also applies to personalisation on a cork, wooden stand or card.

Do you grow the flowers, plants and bulbs you use all by yourself?

No, we are not flower or plant growers ourselves, but we work with partners for this. We are surrounded by the best growers, with whom we have worked intensively for many years. Each grower has its own specialism and is responsible for the quality of our flowers, plants or bulbs. Our partners are all MPS-certified, which means they meet requirements for traceability, environment and crop protection.

From what quantities can you personalise products?

For personalising most items, we apply a minimum of 50 pieces. We always incur start-up and transport costs, even for low quantities. If you really have a concrete request for a lower quantity, please contact us.

How can I place an order for a personalised item for my customer?

You can easily place an order through our B2B shop. Make sure you have an account so you can access our full range and benefit from our personalised options.

I would like to receive a digital preview or place an order for my customer, in which file format is best to send my logo or design?

We like to receive your file in an AI, EPS or PDF format. If you don't have this, please send us what you do have. We can then see if we can work with it.

Can I have another item added to my green gift?

Yes, we regularly add extra items to our green products, such as a chocolate bar, a card or an item from you or the customer themselves. Since we work with live products, the best option is for us to add these items to the final gift and thus be the last address in the process. We then ship the items directly to the customer or relations. This way, we can deliver the freshest flowers and plants possible.

Can you also make or print the No Water Flowers® exactly in my house style colour (CMYK, PMS or RGB code)?

No, we have a wide range of standard colours of the No Water Flowers® and also for printing. This already allows us to respond well to customer demand. If the demand is really concrete and it also concerns quantities, we may try to approach a colour in consultation. In this case, we will not guarantee that we can reproduce a house style colour exactly by means of a code. This also applies to coloured gravel, filling material or sand.

How do you ship the flowers and plants?

We mainly ship our items by pallet with a reliable partner. Flowers and plants are living products and must be transported carefully to ensure quality. This includes keeping plants upright, fragility and the impact of temperature on the plants. Therefore, it is usually necessary to ship our products by pallet, even for low quantities. There are a few exceptions, but if pallet transport is always assumed, it can only be a good thing.

Flowers and plants need water and light anyway, how do you deal with this when delivering the gifts?

In consultation with you, we will coordinate when the items are needed at the latest, in order to find the most convenient delivery date. For example, the items may not be needed for several weeks or they may be distributed over a period of several weeks. Then we can coordinate what is easiest, for example we can deliver it in parts or on our advice you can choose to take the products out of the box after delivery so that the plants get enough light. Together we will look for the best solution.

Can you send individual parcels to addresses all over the country and Europe?

Absolutely! If this is your wish, contact us for more details. There are many products that can be shipped individually, but there are also some products that cannot be shipped individually. Ask us about the possibilities for this. Flowers and plants are carefully packed by us to avoid damage due to fragility, temperature fluctuations and intensive transport. We know how to deal with this. To set this in motion, we will send you a template that needs to be filled in with the full address details of your relations. We treat this data with care and will remove it from our database after processing.

What is the delivery time of your personalised flowers and plants?

We are lightning fast. Many of our items can be made within a week, so we can move very quickly, even when it comes to large quantities. The shipping time varies per country, e.g. 1 day for the Netherlands and 2-3 days for Germany. Of course, our delivery ultimately also depends on the availability of the plants at the grower and varies per product, but we work continuously to make this as streamlined as possible. It is therefore always a good idea to check with us, especially when it comes to short-term requests. If you are really in a hurry or want to double-check the delivery time, just contact us.

What VAT rate do you charge?

We apply a high VAT percentage as standard, although flowers and plants also often have a low VAT percentage. We do this because of the many added values per product (personalisation/packaging/glass or pots). Because in many cases the added value has a greater influence on the price of the product than the plant itself, we apply a high VAT percentage. When a low VAT percentage may be decisive for you or your customer (depending on the industry), please contact us. In consultation, we can agree on what is convenient.

Do you supply resellers of promotional items, corporate gifts or Christmas hampers suppliers?

Yes, we continuously work together with resellers active in this industry. Not only in the Netherlands, but throughout the EU. See our 'reseller' page for more information or contact us.

I am a reseller and would like samples for my showroom, is that possible?

Yes, we can work with you on this. We can send samples of many products, but there are also products for which this is more difficult. We are not a grower and do not always have every product in stock. We also do not send short-life products, such as our Message Printz® rose, as samples for a showroom. We charge a charge for requested samples.

Can I put a plant or flower bulb in my Christmas package or in the package I make for my client?

Yes, you can, but please contact us for this. It is not possible to put a plant in a closed box for several weeks. We can discuss how best to do this.

Do you also deliver flowers and plants to me as a private person?

No, we only supply B2B. However, our products are available through resellers of ours through an online offer.
